About Billy V

Billy VanArsdale is a current member of the Carolina’s PGA Section and has been voted "WNC Best Golf Instruction." He has been a member of the PGA for thirty years and has built an extensive list of students during that time. Those students include twelve on scholarships to colleges around the country and several touring professionals. He has worked with 100’s of golfers of all skill levels in helping them achieve their goals in golf, including his two daughters who have both had early success in their golfing careers. His oldest is now on scholarship to Limestone College for golf after winning two state championships and the youngest in High School, continues to compete with the areas elite.

Billy VanArsdale’s father was in fact one of the regions top amateurs of his time and taught Billy the game throughout his life. Billy has also had a successful playing career in both amateur and professional competition. His Career low rounds include a 63 at Hendersonville Country Club and a 28 on 9 holes, also held at Hendersonville Country Club.
